Yoga, at its heart, is a philosophy, a way of living, a path to self-discovery and union with the divine. We'll journey together through the eight limbs of Yoga that include:

We will also look at how each of these limbs can be viewed through the lens of modern witchcraft, and how they can be used to strengthen your practice. I will be sharing some of my own experiences, and some helpful tips for your own journey.
I invite you to join me on this journey of self-discovery. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, there's something here for everyone. Let's embark on this adventure together, exploring the depths of yoga and unlocking the potential within ourselves.
Stay tuned for our first installment, where we'll begin with the yamas.
